Associate Manager - Data Scientist

Overview

As an Associate Manager - Data Scientist, you will be a core member of a cross-functional team building advanced analytics products using AI, data science, and machine learning. You will work on problems including household product development, consumer engagement, and supply chain improvements.

What you'll do

• Deliver systematic approaches and integrate work into products and tools with data engineers, analysts, developers, and sometimes chefs.
• Create repeatable, interpretable, dynamic, scalable models as the heart of new statistical products.
• Engineer new features by using business acumen to improve analytical models.
• Collaborate to refine best practices and deploy best-in-class solutions.
• Evangelize the value of data-driven decision-making.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics with 5+ years of experience.
• Have expertise in Python and/or R as well as SQL and be eager to learn other languages.
• Be proficient in machine learning to deliver clustering, time series, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation, and optimization queries.
• Have experience in marketing analytics or root cause analysis.
• Have worked in retail or CPG analytics teams.
• Have an aptitude in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or distributed databases like Redshift and Snowflake.
