Associate, Mfg/Ops

Overview

Associate role in Manufacturing Operations focused on warehouse management, operational excellence and continuous improvement at the Sricity location.

What you'll do

• Provide daily oversight and direction of warehouse operations, including picking, packing and line fulfillment.
• Lead the continuous improvement program and track performance.
• Ensure stock cycle counting and physical inventory activities are performed according to guidelines, procedures, FP&A planning and the statutory closing calendar.
• Create and maintain efficient, sustainable processes, including reporting and management tools, to bring visibility to root causes of returns, ensure policy adherence, and drive cost saving and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the warehouse automation project, its implementation and daily operation and maintenance (RFID).
• Assess existing and future requirements of the organization to determine the optimal logistics strategy and warehouse footprint.
• Work with the management team to generate the annual 3-year strategy for the warehouse, looking for continuous improvement in cost as a percent of sales.
• Ensure Cx tools implementation in cell as a pilot.
• Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather and analyze data, and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate the cause.
• Use Cx tools to establish approval criteria to identify quality failure concerns for internal and external manufactured parts and assemblies.
