Overview

Associate - Operations (IELTS Operations) delivers customer enquiries “first time resolution” while maintaining operational efficiency and information security compliance.

What you'll do

• Provide professional, empathetic customer service and timely resolutions for enquiries.
• Meet agreed service levels and maximize business outcomes through first-time resolution.
• Ensure operational efficiency while complying with information security standards.
• Support ISO 27001 and IGA requirements, including managing account access requests.
• Monitor access controls and close incidents within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records aligned with regulatory requirements and support audit readiness.

What you'll need

• 0–6 months of experience in customer services/backend operations.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (Voice, Emails & Chats).
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and keyboard handling skills.
• Strong English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Details

• Location: Noida, India.
• Fixed term contract for 1 year.
• On-site, 24/7 operations with rotating shifts and night shifts; five days a week on-site.
• Training and a competency assessment must be completed before independent production responsibilities.
