Associate Software Engineer

Overview

Associate Software Engineer developing and maintaining GenAI web applications for Process Development functions. The role focuses on Python backend services, APIs, LLM-enabled workflows, and contributions to React-based interfaces.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Python backend services and FastAPI APIs.
• Build React-based front-end components and user experiences.
• Integrate LLM applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
• Write tested code and participate in GitHub-based code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues and support reliability, performance, and operations.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, platform, and business teams.
• Learn and adapt to AI and GenAI technologies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–5 years of relevant Python software engineering, backend, web development, or GenAI experience.
• Strong Python skills, including debugging, testing, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience with FastAPI, React.js, Git, and GitHub.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of LLM applications, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• AWS, Cloud, Data Science, or GenAI certifications.
