Associate Software Engineer - DTI Marketing

Overview

Associate Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining software applications, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and business system integrations.

What you'll do

• Own software projects from conception through deployment.
• Develop front-end and back-end applications using cloud technology.
• Build SFMC applications and integrate Salesforce.com with other applications.
• Design and implement applications, modules, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Develop unit, integration, and other software tests.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain software architecture and development documentation.
• Provide application support, maintenance, monitoring, and incident response.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 2–3 years of experience, or a diploma with 3–4 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing SFMC applications.
• At least 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
• Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with global virtual teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Databricks and Mulesoft technologies.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Redshift/Spectrum, or Lambda.
