Associate Software Engineer, Salesforce

Overview

Associate Software Engineer (Salesforce) supporting Salesforce development, deployment, and maintenance across production and non-production environments.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce environments of Artemis in a regulated environment.
• Support Salesforce Lightning Platform development using Aura and/or LWC and core configuration.
• Support MuleSoft APIs and troubleshoot integration issues between Salesforce and external systems such as Veeva.
• Monitor jobs, triage initial issues, and escalate complex defects as needed.
• Develop and maintain configured solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components in Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Resolve routine support tickets and defects with timely stakeholder updates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning and Sprint Planning.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Professional certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura and/or LWC).
• Experience with MuleSoft for API support, monitoring, log review, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with external platforms like Veeva (using MuleSoft as middleware).
• Experience with single sign-on integrations with platforms like Okta or Microsoft Entra, plus workflow configuration using email notifications.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in team ceremonies.

Nice to have

• Electronic signatures experience.
• Experience in Supply chain or Clinical Supply chain.
• Experience in validated environments and familiarity with GXP processes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification (preferred).
• SAFe Agile certification (preferred).
