Associate Solution Architect (Demand Planning) - Delivery - Manufacturing

Overview

Associate Solution Architect for Demand Planning, responsible for delivering solutions that optimize client supply chains.

What you'll do

• Analyze business requirements and participate in requirements and design sessions with the customer.
• Design, configure, and support solution delivery activities including testing and user training.
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and support process documentation.
• Create test-cases and lead system/user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and teams across locations to drive configuration.
• Develop and deliver super user training and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in planning-focused supply chain/logistics.
• Experience delivering supply chain planning solutions across the full lifecycle including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, and deployment.
• Use of agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of supply chain solutions in one or more areas such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, or scheduling.
• Required tools include spreadsheets and software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; Microsoft Word/Google Docs; Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration skills.
• Basic knowledge of databases with working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
