Associate Specialist, Sourcing – DC Ops

Overview

Associate Specialist, Sourcing – DC Ops supports procurement and sourcing for client fit-out projects under the Finance Transformation and Procurement business unit.

What you'll do

• Assist in sourcing and procurement for client fit-out projects, including vendor identification, RFQs, and bid analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and operations to align sourcing with timelines and budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or compliance issues.
• Support cost optimization and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and sustainability standards.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably for construction or client fit-out projects.
• Exposure to vendor management and contract administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba or similar).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).

• Work onsite at a data center location.
• Travel required: 10% of time.
• Perform work during US business hours and time zones.
