Associate Technical Recruiter

Overview

Associate Technical Recruiter role at Motive, helping build technology and product teams by sourcing, engaging and hiring technical talent.

What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, team priorities, and success profiles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for complex technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer closing.
• Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Evaluate candidates' experience and skills against role requirements, and share clear, evidence-based feedback with hiring teams.
• Represent Motive's mission, teams, and opportunities accurately and compellingly throughout the candidate journey.
• Keep candidates informed, engaged, and supported with timely, thoughtful communication.
• Track recruiting activity and meet agreed goals for pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
• Use the ATS such as Greenhouse and recruiting data to maintain accurate records and improve process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting partners to deliver a consistent, seamless hiring experience.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in technology or SaaS, or equivalent transferable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Skilled at building relationships, aligning perspectives, and helping teams make timely, well-informed hiring decisions.
• Able to assess candidate experience against role requirements and communicate findings clearly.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with ownership of recruiting outcomes and follow-through.
• Organized and adaptable when managing multiple searches, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Clear and confident in written, verbal, and candidate-facing communication.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Familiarity with technology talent markets.
• Greenhouse experience.
• Familiarity with technical hiring and sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, or other platforms.

Details

• Location: Pakistan (Karachi), Pakistan (Remote), Remote (Islamabad), Remote (Lahore).
• Some interviews or new-hire training sessions may be held in person at one of Motive's global offices.
• No specific degree is required.
