Associate, Workday Financial Developer (L3)

Overview

Associate Workday Financials Developer to design and deliver enhancements for the Workday Financials platform, partnering with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials enhancements, reports, and integrations.
• Translate requirements from business stakeholders into effective Workday solutions.
• Direct and mentor other developers with code review and coaching.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues using root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and optimize existing Workday integrations and reports.
• Perform impact assessments of Workday updates and releases, implementing required changes.
• Document solutions, configurations, and system changes.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, and Procurement.
• Technical skills in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs.
• Experience leading issue resolution efforts and coordinating junior developers when required.
• Familiarity with integration management and supporting middleware or cloud-based integration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Shift timings: 1PM - 10 PM or 2PM - 11 PM.
