Auditor Consultant I

Overview

Audit Consultant supporting assurance, advisory, compliance, and risk-mitigation activities within a global team.

What you'll do

• Execute audit and compliance initiatives with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist with inquiries, stakeholder interviews, substantive testing, and internal-control analysis.
• Use data analytics and collaborate with IT Audit, SOX Compliance, and global teams.
• Prepare concise and accurate audit working papers.
• Analyze evidence, reach conclusions, and recommend risk mitigations.
• Validate audit findings for inclusion in final audit reports.
• Support ad-hoc activities and projects.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of relevant audit, consulting, or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of audit fundamentals and internal controls.
• Knowledge of technical accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of data analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Mandatory Chartered Accountant qualification.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing sector experience.
• Familiarity with audit tools.

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Monday to Thursday onsite; choose the work location on Fridays.
