AutoCAD Designer

Overview

AutoCAD Designer role supporting instrumentation and control systems engineering with detailed design, drawings, documentation, and 3D modelling support.

What you’ll do

• Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, and documentation for instrumentation and control systems.
• Create cable routing and tray layouts.
• Prepare instrument location layouts and cable tray support modelling.
• Support 3D modelling activities using SP3D, PDMS, or E3D.
• Maintain accurate design outputs with proper documentation and revision control.
• Assist with material take-offs (MTO) and preparation of bill of materials.

What you’ll need

• 5-10 years of required experience.
• Ability to understand instrumentation design concepts.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps: Outlook.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps: Excel.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps: PowerPoint.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps: SharePoint.
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps: Teams and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience in EPC projects or detailed engineering.
• Experience in SP3D, PDMS, or E3D.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
