Overview

Claims Operations Sr. Associate I role at Alegeus, responsible for accurate and efficient claims processing while helping the team meet quality standards, productivity goals and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Accurately process claims and transactions while maintaining industry-leading quality standards, making a direct impact on member satisfaction.
• Meet key performance indicators, including Release Rate, Claims per Hour and Handle Time metrics.
• Serve as a trusted resource for colleagues by providing timely answers to representative questions and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Partner across internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Mentor nesting agents, conduct refresher training sessions, facilitate roundtable discussions and provide real-time guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through special projects, process enhancements and operational initiatives that support business goals.

What you'll need

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment, analyze and resolve operational issues, and effectively support and develop teammates.
• 5-6 years of operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience within claims operations.
• Experience assisting with escalations, coaching or supporting team members, and working with performance metrics.
