B2B Growth Marketer - Switzerland

Overview

Senior B2B Growth Marketer role responsible for building and scaling demand generation for ElevenLabs in Switzerland.

What you'll do

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end, including strategy, execution, and measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events/webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Swiss market and share local insights with the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global marketing/growth/design teams to keep messaging consistent and deliver campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance using data, experiments, and continuous optimization.

What you'll need

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline.
• Demonstrated ownership of growth/marketing projects end to end and accountability for ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the Swiss market, including enterprise buyers and media landscape (ideally with an existing network).
• Ability to work with minimal process and set priorities across multiple marketing functions.
• Commitment to quality, clarity, and impact.
