Senior B2B Growth Marketer for Italy to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs, serving enterprise pipeline needs and helping shape B2B marketing in the Italian market.

What you'll do

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end, including strategy, messaging, execution, and measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Italian market.
• Feed local insights back to the global team, including buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory context.
• Collaborate with local sales and global marketing/product teams to keep messaging consistent.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance using data, experiments, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline.
• Implemented growth and marketing projects end to end with accountability for ROI.
• Deep knowledge of the Italian market, including enterprise buyers and media landscape, ideally with a network.
• Ability to work with limited process and span multiple marketing functions while setting priorities.
• Strong commitment to excellence in quality, clarity, and impact.
• Curiosity about AI and exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.
