Overview

Lead B2B marketing expansion into the Nordics region as a Growth Marketer. Own regional marketing outcomes across strategy, execution, events, localization, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Drive Nordics B2B growth via aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Build and execute complex multi-language outbound sequences.
• Own local industry events, user conferences, and webinars end-to-end.
• Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting.
• Adapt global voice messaging to resonate with Nordics business cultures.

What you'll need

• Fluency in at least one of the four Nordic languages.
• Fluent English speaking ability.
• Experience implementing marketing projects end-to-end with ROI ownership.
• Strong drive and prior high engagement in an entrepreneurial or similar high-stakes environment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Broad growth marketing knowledge covering analysis, planning, and event organizing.
• Ability to act as the local DRI for marketing operations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
• Product marketing sense and design skills.
• Deep understanding of the Southern European tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.

• Role is remote and can be executed globally.
