Sales Development Representative

Overview

Drive qualified sales opportunities for Jumio's SaaS products by engaging decision-makers and influencers across regional markets. Research prospects, run inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

What you'll do

• Connect with prospects by phone and email.
• Respond to inbound leads.
• Research companies and contacts.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads for Account Executives.
• Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
• Recommend improvements to demand generation and selling processes.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to prospect through telephone, email, and online networking sites.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
• Knowledge of Jumio's ID Verification and AML/Compliance solutions.

Nice to have

• Prior Salesforce CRM experience.
• Account entry and lead qualification experience.
• Marketing services or SaaS sales experience.
• Enterprise customer contacts in regional markets.
• Knowledge of the ID verification, AML, or KYC market.
• Competitor product awareness.
• A degree.
