Sales Development Representative

Overview

Support sales development for prospective accounts in an assigned territory by engaging potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

What you'll do

• Contact potential clients through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Seek new business opportunities within the market.
• Qualify marketing campaign leads as sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Partner effectively across sales teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the product offering.

What you'll need

• College graduation.
• 0–1 year of Sales Development or Business Development Representative experience, or related internship experience.
• Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and connect business needs to value.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands while achieving production goals.
• Strong drive, grit, and team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Prior SDR experience supporting government accounts.
• Experience with Orum, Outreach, Regie AI, Salesforce, Seamless.AI, or ZoomInfo.

• Remote in the USA.
• Base salary: $50,610–$59,500 USD yearly.
