Sales Development Representative (Convex)

Overview

Serve as the first sales contact by prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and scheduling product demonstrations for Account Executives.

What you'll do

• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach to decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads.
• Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Manage daily activities and the sales pipeline using sales technology.
• Partner with Account Executives on sales strategies and opportunity handoffs.
• Use coaching and feedback to improve sales skills.

Details

• Remote in the United States, with 1–2 office days per week required for employees within approximately 40 miles of a hub office.
• Good-faith hourly rate: $28.85 USD in Zone 1 or $26.93 USD in Zone 2.
• Variable commission plan, equity, and benefits are included.
