Sales Development Representative

Overview

Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying merchant prospects for Yuno's payment products across European markets.

What you'll do

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, events, online platforms, and referrals.
• Engage prospects, understand their needs, and tailor payment solutions.
• Present payment solutions and address prospect questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams on client requirements.
• Manage sales pipelines and pursue sales targets and quotas.
• Record sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of Sales Development or Business Development experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong sales orientation and relationship-building ability.
• Results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Familiarity with Salesloft, Apollo, and Salesforce.
