Sales Development Representative - Dutch/Flemish & French Speaking (Benelux-Europe)

Overview

Sales Development Representative for Benelux-Europe, speaking Dutch/Flemish and French, working with inbound leads and outbound prospecting to book demos.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound leads within SLA and convert them into booked demos.
• Build and execute outbound multichannel sequences for target retailer lists.
• Qualify leads on buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline, and disqualify poor fits.
• Book, confirm, and protect demos to reduce no-shows using reminders and pre-demo touches.
• Maintain CRM discipline by logging every touch and keeping pipeline data accurate.
• Share learnings on objections, messaging performance, and converting segments.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with transactional, high-volume activity.
• Native or professional proficiency in English, Dutch/Flemish, and French.
• Ability to write clearly and perform strongly on the phone.
• Comfort with 60–80+ meaningful touches per day.
• Process-driven working style focused on cadences and CRM hygiene.
• Coachable and resilient approach to handling rejection.
• Jewellery knowledge is not required.
