Sales Development Representative - DACH

Overview

Join Amplitude’s EMEA sales team as a Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH market. The role combines inbound and outbound prospecting with discovery, qualification, and collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing.

What you'll do

• Build and execute territory plans with DACH Account Executives.
• Partner with Marketing to improve campaigns and messaging.
• Generate opportunities through inbound and outbound activity.
• Engage prospects through email, phone, social, video, and direct mail.
• Conduct discovery and qualification to identify opportunity value.
• Develop product expertise and explain the roadmap, value proposition, and positioning.
• Travel to local regions and relevant marketing or networking events when necessary.

What you'll need

• Entry-level experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Experience with outbound calling or closing is ideally preferred.
• Examples of working toward targets.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Resilience when facing challenges.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Fluency in German and English.
