Account Development Representative - DACH

Overview

As an Account Development Representative, you will generate EMEA sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and develop toward a closing Account Executive role.

What you'll do

• Drive pipeline through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Build product expertise and apply the sales process.
• Record account interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and sales managers on accounts.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• At least 6–12 months of sales experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred for the background described.
• English and German proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working toward and exceeding targets.
• Curiosity, resilience, motivation, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in closing-sales roles.
• Achievements in academics, sports, charity, or other activities.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
• Interest in IoT and SaaS.
