Small Business Account Executive - DACH, Remote

Overview

Small Business Account Executive role focused on identifying customer challenges and selling HubSpot software to help small businesses grow, using both outbound and inbound strategies.

What you'll do

• Use inbound leads and prospect research to create outreach strategies.
• Quickly identify prospective customers’ challenges and match them with solutions.
• Run online product demos of HubSpot software and present the value proposition.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
• Nurture and manage relationships with highly qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve the sales strategy.

What you'll need

• 1+ year of full sales cycle experience.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills.
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g., over quota, President's Club).
• Strong focus on goals and approach for achieving them.
