Account Executive - Mid Market, DACH (Remote)

Overview

Account Executive for HubSpot’s Mid-Market segment, selling to small and medium-sized businesses in Germany while working remotely.

What you'll do

• Own territory business planning (annual, quarterly, and monthly).
• Find and pursue new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads.
• Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
• Close new business and increase install base at or above monthly quota.
• Run sales process end to end as a trusted advisor using knowledge of digital transformation and change management.
• Conduct online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience in a complex selling environment.
• Presented and pitched to C-level executives on business change.
• Manage monthly and annual pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method (e.g., Sandler).
