Strategic Account Executive

Overview

Strategic Account Executive for Copeland Cargo Solutions in Europe, responsible for driving sustainable business growth across Europe.

What you'll do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Europe, including retailer-mandated programs, 3PLs, and producers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts using a consultative sales approach and regular engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations to secure and expand partnerships.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide forecasts and business updates.
• Represent Copeland Cargo Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales in cold chain logistics, transportation, supply chain, food industry, or related markets.
• Demonstrated success identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiations.
• Experience working with temperature-sensitive, perishable, or high-value products.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and strong communication/presentation/relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Details

• Remote position based in Germany or neighbouring countries.
• Travel up to 40%-50% across Europe (depending on location), with expectation up to 50% across Europe.
