Key Account Manager - Hematology (f/m/d) - Germany South-East

Overview

Key Account Manager (Hematology) supporting Germany South-East in a field-based role for Regeneron’s hematology portfolio.

What you'll do

• Establish healthcare professional relationships across the territory.
• Build referral networks across hospital, outpatient, and office-based settings.
• Deliver portfolio value messages through face-to-face, remote, and digital engagement.
• Collaborate with Medical on regional programs and healthcare professional activities.
• Manage account planning, segmentation, targeting, and local account plans.
• Support regional contracting activities and adapt contract models to local needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform negotiations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (or recognized equivalent for sales professionals).
• 5–7 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.
• Knowledge of the German healthcare system and regional market structures.
• Experience using data, customer relationship management systems, and multiple business systems.
• Qualification in applicable pharmaceutical industry codes, including EFPIA Code or VFA Pharmakodex.
• Fluency in German and good working knowledge of English.
• Ability to manage a large territory independently with frequent travel.
