French Speaking SDR

Overview

French Speaking SDR role as an Outbound Sales Development Representative (Mid-Market) with a focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

What you'll do

• Prospect and engage potential customers via outbound channels including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers in target industries.
• Run consultative conversations to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and business goals.
• Articulate product/service value and tailor messaging to specific pain points.
• Qualify leads using defined criteria and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach, interactions, and lead qualifications in Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly lead qualification quotas.

What you'll need

• Native fluency in French.
• 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles focused on lead qualification and customer engagement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for a high volume of leads.
• Must be able to work 12pm–9pm Pakistan time.

Nice to have

• Experience using SalesForce, SalesLoft, or Genesys.
• Experience engaging with international audiences.
