Field Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Overview

Field Sales Development Representative responsible for sourcing healthcare customers, building prospect relationships, qualifying opportunities, and supporting revenue growth for an ambient documentation product.

What you'll do

• Source new business among private practices, physician groups, and healthcare systems.
• Identify territories with private-practice customers and build field relationships.
• Make cold calls and qualify accounts.
• Launch targeted outbound campaigns for high-potential accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas by qualifying opportunities and scheduling demos.
• Address prospect objections and align solutions with business needs.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to drive new business.

What you'll need

• 6 months to 1 year or more of sales or healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Organized, process-oriented approach and ability to work in unstructured environments.
• Experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.

Nice to have

• Field sales experience.

Details

• United States-based role with field prospecting and travel at least 50% of the time.
• Must be based in one of the listed areas, including Los Angeles, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Phoenix, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Washington, DC, or New York/New Jersey.
