Job Summary:

Wholy Cakes is a fast-growing bakery manufacturing company based in Coimbatore, known for producing a unique range of eggless, wholegrain snack cakes. We pride ourselves on offering guilt-free indulgence through products made with natural ingredients, wholegrain atta, prebiotic fibers, and healthy fats—completely free from maida, palm oil, trans fats, and preservatives.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bakery Production Crew Member to join our team. This role involves assisting in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily preparation and production of bakery items (e.g., bread, cakes, pastries, cookies)
  • Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
  • Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
  • Label, package, and store finished products appropriately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Support inventory control by reporting shortages or overages
  • Assist in receiving and organizing ingredients and materials
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of baking processes and kitchen safety
  • Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and procedures accurately
  • Physically fit
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays, as needed
