Overview

Banking Operations Associate role in Core Banking Operations (including payments) within Retail Banking Account Operations, supporting day-to-day account and payment processing for a bank's customers.

What you'll do

• Perform account maintenance services, account closure, deceased customer processing and US legal order processing.
• Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team on a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• English (domestic) language ability at an intermediate level.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Detail orientation.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Location: Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
