Overview

Freelance AI trainer role for a Bhojpuri language expert to help improve large language models by testing their grasp of Bhojpuri grammar and documenting failure modes.

What you'll do

• Converse with the model on Bhojpuri language scenarios.
• Challenge advanced language models on verb conjugation, the case system (nominative, accusative, dative, genitive), word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variation.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
• Document every failure mode and capture reproducible error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

What you'll need

• Expertise in Bhojpuri grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.
• Clear, metacognitive communication, "showing your work".
• A bachelor's degree in Bhojpuri language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal.
