Job Summary

We are seeking an International Bid Writer (RFP Response Specialist) to support full-cycle proposal development for global opportunities. This Full-time role operates OnSite and focuses on producing clear, compliant, and compelling responses for Requests for Proposal (RFPs), tenders, and related bid documents. You will collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to capture requirements, translate them into accurate written content, and ensure every submission is polished, structured, and ready for review. If you have a strong eye for detail and a knack for technical and business writing, this role offers an impactful way to win work through superior bid quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own proposal writing and develop polished RFP responses aligned to customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Manage bid timelines, coordinate inputs across stakeholders, and maintain bid documentation throughout the submission lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation management by organizing version control, templates, and supporting materials for each bid.
• Translate technical concepts into customer-friendly narratives using technical & business writing best practices.
• Perform proofreading & editing to improve clarity, consistency, grammar, and compliance with specified formatting requirements.
• Support bid teams with responsiveness to clarifications, scope questions, and compliance checks during bid preparation.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, solution statements, and supporting evidence to strengthen evaluation outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposal writing and bid management for RFPs, tenders, or similar submissions.
• Strong capability in documentation management, including organizing materials, tracking versions, and ensuring completeness.
• Excellent technical & business writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to international audiences.
• High attention to detail and demonstrated proofreading & editing skills to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines, maintaining quality throughout.
• Comfort interpreting requirements, governance, and compliance language, and converting them into clear bid responses.
