About the Job

We are hiring a BPO Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will represent our client’s brand through strong customer service, clear communication, and structured problem-solving. You’ll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in an international voice process, ensuring every call or query is managed professionally and efficiently—from understanding the issue to driving the right resolution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, values teamwork, and can communicate confidently in English while managing multiple tasks with accuracy. You’ll help maintain service quality, support client satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement in daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer queries, requests, and concerns promptly and politely.
• Manage International Voice Process & Client Handling activities while following process guidelines and quality standards.
• Identify issues, gather relevant information, and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records by updating systems with call outcomes, notes, and next-step actions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally using English Language appropriate for client and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to de-escalate and handle customer concerns calmly.
• Proven problem solving skills with structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Confidence in English Language for clear speaking, listening, and effective understanding of customer needs.
• Experience or readiness to work in International Voice Process & Client Handling environments.
• Excellent COMMUNICATION skills, including professional tone, clarity, and active listening.
• Ability to work in shifts as required by the voice process and maintain consistent performance.
