Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy.
• Deliver accurate information by interpreting customer needs and applying relevant policies and procedures.

• Document interaction details and follow up on tickets or escalations as needed.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while meeting scheduled call and performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer outcomes.
