We are hiring a BPO Telecaller for a Full-time OnSite role. In this position, you will reach out to prospective customers, support lead generation, and help drive sales and service conversions through clear communication and a customer-focused approach. You’ll learn company processes quickly, follow calling scripts and guidelines, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their needs using approved scripts and question frameworks.
• Present products/services in a clear, confident manner and explain key features, benefits, and value.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments as per campaign requirements.
• Handle inbound queries and resolve basic concerns by guiding customers to the right next steps.
• Maintain accurate call notes, lead status updates, and reporting details in the assigned system.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, lead conversions, and follow-up commitments.
• Work closely with team members to improve call quality, objection handling, and conversion strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good Learning Skills to quickly grasp scripts, product/service knowledge, and campaign processes.
• Strong verbal communication with a polite, professional, and confident phone etiquette.
• Basic computer literacy to update CRM/call logs and follow reporting workflows.
• Ability to handle objections, stay consistent, and work toward performance targets.
• Good listening skills and the ability to convert customer responses into actionable next steps.
• Willingness to work OnSite in a BPO environment and adapt to coaching and feedback.
