About the Job

We are hiring a BPO Telecaller for a Full-time role with a Hybrid work arrangement. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound telecalling activities to connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and support the sales and customer engagement process. You’ll work as part of a results-driven BPO team, using structured scripts and strong communication to build rapport, generate qualified leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform telecalling to engage with leads and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer requirements by asking relevant questions and listening actively to concerns.
• Explain product or service details clearly using provided scripts, FAQs, and knowledge base resources.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions in the CRM/system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate issues and support successful handoffs.
• Meet targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting (as applicable to campaigns).
• Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to call recording/disclosure and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telecalling with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections politely and confidently while maintaining a positive tone.
• Good listening skills and the confidence to ask discovery questions.
• Basic computer skills to manage call logs and update records in CRM/tools.
• Strong follow-up mindset and attention to detail for accurate documentation.
• Comfort working with daily/weekly performance metrics in a BPO environment.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn campaign scripting and processes.
