Branch Executive

About the Job

We are hiring a Branch Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangements. In this position, you will act as the key link between customers, internal teams, and branch operations—helping ensure smooth service delivery, strong customer relationships, and a positive workplace culture. You’ll use customer feedback to improve processes, coordinate timely background verification activities, and support effective employee relations and engagement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service standards.
• Conduct and coordinate background verification activities as per defined procedures and compliance requirements.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify patterns to recommend operational improvements and service enhancements.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationship management through regular follow-ups, proactive updates, and accurate record-keeping.
• Support day-to-day branch operations by collaborating with internal teams to meet targets and service SLAs.
• Manage employee relations & engagement by supporting healthy communication, addressing concerns appropriately, and reinforcing positive culture.
• Assist in onboarding and coordination activities to ensure branch readiness and smooth team execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Customer Feedback Analysis to convert insights into actionable improvements.
• Experience or ability to handle Background Verification processes accurately and discreetly.
• Fundamentals of Employee Relations & Engagement, including communication, conflict resolution, and team support.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to follow compliance-focused processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy on-site environment.
