As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring seamless project management, compliance, and customer relationship management. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all branch-level operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and task delegation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Lead and motivate a team of civil engineers, procurement specialists, and project management experts
• Oversee the procurement and management of construction materials, equipment, and resources

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing a branch or regional operations
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and management techniques
• Strong leadership and administrative abilities, including financial management and compliance oversight
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in real estate and construction-related software and technologies
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and the ability to drive innovative solutions
