Overview

Building Operations role at JLL in Navi Mumbai, focused on soft services, operational risk management and team management of facilities operations.

What you'll do

• Update and implement the Emergency Response plan, including drills as required.
• Provide facilities assistance response after office hours.
• Carry out operational audits and compliance.
• Escalate incidents and problems.
• Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts.
• Establish and adhere to policies and procedures and compliance deadlines for each task as advised by the Operation Manager.
• Manage the team effectively.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of property operations.
• A degree in business or hotel and building management.
• At least three to five years' experience in facilities management.
• Good working knowledge in occupational safety.
• Aptitude in client-centric operations.
• Solid background in team management.
• Ability to roll out improvement plans.
• Superior communication and reporting skills.
