Business Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a sharp Business Analyst Intern to join our adtech team in Noida and drive data-driven insights that boost campaign ROI. You'll dive into customer communications, spreadsheets, and CRM systems to uncover patterns and opportunities, then collaborate with the team to turn those insights into action.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer chat logs, email threads, and communication records to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards that track key performance metrics across ad campaigns
• Extract, clean, and interpret data from CRM systems to support ROI improvement initiatives
• Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams in clear, actionable formats
• Support the team in identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-backed solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech or MBA degree
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot patterns and draw meaningful conclusions from messy data
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, charting)
• Fluent English (written and spoken) — you'll be communicating insights to stakeholders regularly
• Based in or willing to relocate to Noida Sector 63 for on-site work

Nice to have

• Familiarity with adtech, digital advertising, or marketing analytics
• Experience with LinkedIn or social media analytics
• Basic SQL or Google Sheets knowledge
