Overview

Business Analyst role within Genpact's Enterprise Programs team, focused on analyzing and improving operational processes.

What you'll do

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and track process improvement strategies to optimize business operations and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements for process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct performance and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of process enhancements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
• Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Required skills: Business Analysis, Change Management, Compliance Risk Management, Critical Thinking, Data-Driven Decision Making, Information Security Risk Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning.
• English language proficiency, Proficient - C2 (Required).
