Business Analyst - Payments and Digital Journeys

Overview

Business Analyst focused on Payments and Digital Journeys within the Retail Banking and Global Banking domain.

What you'll do

• Elicit requirements and manage the backlog through Agile delivery.
• Collaborate across Business, Tech, and Ops teams in multi-country and cross-cultural environments across Asia, MENA, Europe, and the Americas.
• Analyze customer channels, including Mobile Banking Apps and Browser Front-End solutions.
• Prioritize requirements to define MVP scope.
• Author Epics and User Stories.
• Validate requirements with Product Owners, IT, Ops, Risk/Legal/Compliance, and UX.
• Drive the full delivery lifecycle from problem framing and market research through As-Is analysis, story refinement, walkthroughs with Solution Architects, structured delivery, and implementation.
• Drive clarity, ensure alignment, and support regulatory and business change.

What you'll need

• 8+ years’ experience in Payments within Retail Banking.
• Global bank exposure; Global Banking experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on use of Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Skills as a Business Analyst in Payments and Digital Journeys within the Global Banking domain only.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
