Senior Business Analyst - SAP OTC Fashion

Overview

Senior Business Analyst working with Order to Cash (OTC) partners in a global SAP program to align SAP SD Fashion solutions with evolving business needs.

What you'll do

• Support Order Management for standard, consignment, and third-party orders.
• Support Contract Management and call-offs activities.
• Support Supply Assignment, outbound delivery management, and pricing.
• Support returns processing within SAP OTC processes.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve business and system-related issues continuously.
• Participate in global SAP initiatives as a project team member.
• Interface with business leadership to understand and clarify business needs and priorities.

What you'll need

• 10 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• 3+ years implementing SAP SD in a fashion company via SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion.
• Experience with ERP business processes across order management, contract management/call-offs, supply assignment, outbound delivery management, pricing, and returns.
• At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of ERP transformation programs/implementations.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP distribution and external warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of S4/Hana FIORI tiles, Launch Pad, transactional apps, and Personas.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience.
