Solution Analyst

Overview

Solution Analyst role translating business needs into digital solutions for BP’s Finance IT landscape, focused on SAP FI/FSCM.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Agility core practices.
• Align proposed solutions to business impact and strategic goals.
• Use SAP FI and FSCM knowledge for solution design across finance, intercompany, and credit management processes.
• Coordinate with technology partner teams to build and deploy the solution.
• Support ECC to S/4 HANA integration by analyzing ECC “as-is” processes and suggesting improvements.
• Gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations across the solution lifecycle.
• Support S/4 Transformation team design questions and handle training for new S/4 solutions.

What you'll need

• 7-12 years of SAP experience in SAP FI/FSCM (Credit Management).
• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate complex processes.
• General understanding of systems deployment activities.
• Ability to work in a virtual global team environment.
• Ability to build relationships with business collaborators and delivery teams.
