Senior Manager, Product Operation - CPQ Strategy & Operations (Night Shift 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)

Overview

Senior Manager for CPQ Strategy & Operations, owning the CPQ platform and Quote-to-Cash roadmap and performance framework.

What you'll do

• Own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Rubrik’s CPQ and Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
• Serve as senior business owner and executive thought partner for cross-functional alignment.
• Define and govern the CPQ operating model, including processes, data standards, and governance.
• Architect CPQ solutions supporting NPI, bundling, and commercial innovation requirements.
• Establish CPQ performance framework using KPIs and OKRs for health, adoption, and efficiency.
• Lead evaluation and integration of emerging technologies into the CPQ ecosystem.
• Drive organizational change management and represent CPQ strategy in executive planning forums.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Operations.
• Deep expertise in CPQ strategy and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation.
• Ability to build and scale CPQ platforms in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick).
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen to translate GTM and pricing into scalable CPQ solutions.
