Senior Systems Operations Engineer

Overview

Senior Systems Operations Engineer responsible for leading or participating in operations of installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations function.

What you'll do

• Manage installed systems and infrastructure in Systems Operations.
• Increase system efficiencies and reduce human intervention time.
• Review and analyze operational support systems to maintain high availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical personnel for problem resolution.
• Lead to meet technical deliverables using technical process controls or standards.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues using predefined guidelines.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering/Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent).
• Production support experience handling Linux systems is required.
• Must be able to write Ansible playbooks for systems administration.
• Must develop observability dashboards (Grafana, Splunk, ServiceNow).
• Must be familiar with incident/change/problem management for infrastructure service management.
• Certification or knowledge of Redhat Linux is required.
