Lead Enterprise Architect

Overview

Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) Architect position supporting EU markets from Pune within Wolters Kluwer’s Global Salesforce competence center.

What you'll do

• Lead design and architecture of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable lead-to-revenue solutions.
• Design and implement RCA capabilities across product configuration, pricing, subscriptions, and contract lifecycle management.
• Ensure integration between Salesforce and SAP.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Pune-based development team.
• Act as primary technical interface between EU stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Support operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of RCA capabilities.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ.
• Deep understanding of revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (ERP, finance systems, middleware).
• Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning, APIs, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Architect) are preferred.
