Staff Engineer 1 – Salesforce AI

Overview

Staff Engineer (Architect/Staff Engineer 1) focused on building and delivering Agentic AI solutions on the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce-centric solutions for revenue and growth operations.
• Lead integration work using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and REST/SOAP APIs for real-time data flows.
• Build features connecting Salesforce structured/unstructured data to downstream AI agents for insights and decisions.
• Deploy and monitor Salesforce-integrated products with emphasis on agent observability, telemetry, and auditability.
• Develop data health monitoring and context enrichment pipelines for CRM data reliability and governance.
• Lead technical solutioning for Salesforce autonomous workflows, co-pilots, and multi-agent systems.
• Architect distributed systems for real-time data synchronization with tools like Kafka or Spark.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development focused on scalable, fault-tolerant, CRM-integrated architectures.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and cloud platforms (GCP or Azure).
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and CRM data modeling.
• Experience with advanced Salesforce integrations including Platform Events, CDC, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with optimized SOQL/SOSL for large datasets in Salesforce multi-tenant environments.
• Clean, testable backend code experience in Java or Python for middleware bridging CRM and external cloud services.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and how Kafka or Spark support real-time data synchronization.
