Tech Lead - Enterprise Application Salesforce P 4C

Overview

Tech Lead for Enterprise Application involving Salesforce and managed package extension/optimization, with Leankor experience preferred.

What you'll do

• Lead technical strategy for implementing and extending high-scale Salesforce managed packages.
• Architect custom Leankor visual workflows and project management extensions (preferred).
• Develop Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch) and Lightning Web Components that integrate with managed package objects and protected metadata.
• Plan and execute managed package upgrade version updates with impact analysis.
• Maintain namespace prefix and technical governance across managed/unmanaged boundaries.
• Support CI/CD deployments for managed package dependencies using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
• Design and maintain data relationships across standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, and managed package entities.

What you'll need

• B.E, B.Tech, or MCA.
• Relevant Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Field Service.
• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
• Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant).
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Testing frameworks (Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
